Autumn sunshine on sycamores

So good to see a blue sky after so many grey, dark days! Had intended to walk in to Holmfirth for some shopping but, instead, made the most of the good weather and spent half a day in the garden. Planted most of the bulbs and violas in to containers (just a few more to do), and did some weeding and cutting back. Filled the brown garden-waste bin!

The row of sycamore trees is close to our back garden. They look glorious today in the autumn sunshine.
