Beautiful couple

Today we did a walk first thing and bumped into S&M who stopped and hugged and chatted.  We walked along the river and had a coffee and (sub par) Eccles Cake.  We spotted a couple on the next bench with a bottle of wine and full on picnic!  I think they were on a date (maybe in their 60's and it made me happy and sad?).

Home for more sitting at the computer but I finished the funeral invite and donation website.  Technology does make things so much easier.  Now circulated to everyone who might like to attend.  I spent ages scrolling through photographs and found a few to upload to the site.  Makes me so sad to see pictures of Aimee and JC together.  He is heartbroken - the love of his life taken away and his life and future unclear now?  What happened to plans for promotions, moving house, holidays, babies, growing old together........ Life is unbelievably cruel.
