Mono Monday
Kind of a loose interpretation of the theme of "something you don't see every day" since I don't see my yoga mat or my pinkie-ball every day. I was actually going to do this shot in color but then I thought it would transform well to black and white. I'll put a color version in Extra so you can see what you think. And if you don't know what a pinkie-ball is, you can readily find them on Amazon and they are used to release feet and hands. I love using this under my foot as it hits all the pressure points and feels soooo good.
Had a Mindful Movement class today via Zoom (Peggy joined me on the virtual mat) which is a really enjoyable session. Unfortunately, the instructor is going to be moving on at the end of the year - I'll miss her classes.
It is another glorious day - warm and sunny. Lots of birds in the garden, as well as the ever-present gray squirrels and a few late-season chipmunks. We have rain in the forecast later this week (which we desperately need) so I changed Jax's day care date to Wednesday. He's quite the delicate flower and doesn't like to get wet and since Thursday looks like an all-day rain, best to change his date.
Hubs and I watched the first two episodes of "The Landman" a new Taylor Sheridan series starring Billie Bob Thornton. Enjoyed it a lot - it has more of a humorous edge than some of Sheridan's series.
