Note to selves:

When organising a family picnic in the park, best not to just say "why don't we all just bring the food we fancy".
We ended up with 'The Great British Quiche Off'. Everyone bought or made a quiche; thankfully all five were different and there was plenty of other stuff to balance the pastry/egg overdose.

Lovely, lovely day - Pimms, rope swing, rounders, wet dog running through picnics, dozing in the sun, quiche......
