Walk in the Rain
When it was dry this morning, B and l decided to go for a walk at lunchtime. Typically, as soon as we set off, it started to drizzle, then rain, and the cold wind didn’t help either. But we still went for our 10.000 steps.
After yesterday‘s stormy weather, the air was clean and clear. The long, flat hill in the centre of this picture is the Donnersberg; 687 metres high and some 50 km south of us. We don‘t often see it this clearly.
Later, I finished taking the more delicate plants inside, as we are expecting the season‘s first ground frost tonight. So far, this autumn has been unusually wet, foggy and dark, and also unusually mild.
