..in the morning..Sailor's warning..but beautiful!  

It has been a long time since I have seen a fiery sunrise - seems I am not up early enough these days and, of course, am not rushing down to the lake with camera! Those days will return.. soon I hope....but this one was a real treat even if only seen from my front step!

It was an uneventful day other than for my physio appointment. I have been really tired lately and today I was exhausted..but I went to physio anyway as I had to cancel last week and didn't want to get in the habit of canceling...I did get some good news though..Matt, my physio guy, says I have made really good progress and can eliminate one of my exercises now and concentrate on the others...and that I do not have to come every week..so we will try a week and a half and see how that goes. That made me feel much better...my progress is visible! 

My day ended with a social phone call from Dave, a former TVO colleague. We chat once a month to keep up on what's happening in our lives..and as  usual, the main topic revolved around all our health issues..

Oh how sick I am of that, but those issues unfortunately are a big part of our lives now ..and often there is not much else to report!  Still, I would prefer to be discussing our recent exotic travels and adventures, our exciting social outings..the fabulous things we have accomplished this month...but alas...

All this reminds me of a quote I read years ago - before I was old and didn't quite "get it".....  but that seems more appropriate now...heh heh..
