VERY HARD DAY…

…mainly for The Rev who wheelbarrowed 3.3 tons of ballast down the garden (about 60 runs!). I managed to get 4 bags of cement down in our wheelie bins (1 at a time). 6 hours work.
Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling brilliant but had a go of everything and planted 2 fruit bushes that we’ve taken off the allotment.

Then I cooked a roast dinner for 13…except there was only 5 of us!!! The freezer is now full of plated roasts for when we can’t be asked to cook!!! It was great to see J and O’s girlfriend. Dan came too but he is struggling so hard to breathe even with his oxygen tank. It’s quite distressing, but he ate well and enjoyed the company.
The Rev is absolutely wiped out but so pleased he was able to complete the task.
