One amazing year on

I've managed to run 12 miles today. The longest run I have done this year. Marathon training is back on!

I'm glued to the tv tonight, just as I was glued to a big screen a year ago in Greenwich

As I watch a repeat of that amazing Opening Ceremony I am reminded of the amazing people from so many nations that I met that night.

Tissues not far away. I will be lucky to get through this without shedding a tear or two.
