Lighting up the west End

Todays blip comes from the West End Light display that is an annual event where the community of the West end of Lincoln hold a display lighting up their homes with a great display for one night only . I have blipped from there on a few occasions.
Pleased to say it was drier than last night but rather cold and the wind did pick up a bit as we walked around the display but despite the forecast of rain it stayed dry while we was out having decided to go early before tea. I took quite a few shots and was spoilt for choice so more are on Flickr  but have included a couple of extras.
The rest of the day has been occupied with some jobs around the house and a mercy dash to deliver some sausages this morning to the burger van Julie helps out on a Friday at as they had been very busy and needed more supplies .
In the warm now in my onesie and going to watch some general TV viewing and possibly a spot of late night cricket as England take on New Zealand and are on top after day 1
