Well, it was a rough old morning out and about today, Sis picked me up today, so I paid for the cuppa and the normal packet of biscuits that we shared! Just before that Sis had to get a bit of shopping so I went in with her - but didn’t need anything.
Then this afternoon I’ve just finished making a dozen Lemon Muffins, to replenish those that I’ve given away. Although they have a 1/2 tsp of lemon curd in each one and lemon juice drizzle on top they are quite plain and nice to have over Christmas when we want a treat but not rich fruit cake or something creamy. So they are going into the freezer.
