Car park hub cap bling

These painted hub caps decorate a car park wall on India Place. I passed them on my way to Bruce and Elly's house this morning. I called in to drop off a couple of items that they left at our house when they come to our (not) a Christmas (drinks) party last Thursday. I saw only Elly because Bruce is ill. Here's hoping that he makes a speedy recovery after medical treatment this afternoon/evening.

I missed out on my exercise bike ride this morning due to a return of the painsomnia last night. I blame yesterday's long run for my restless legs. I exited to the sofa bed at midnight and listened to episodes of In our time, squirming until I eventually fell asleep. I did, however, manage my usual Monday swim and enjoyed chatting with Stockbridge Ali afterwards - first in the hot tub and then on our walk home together.

I spent the afternoon on tidying/cleaning up after/caring for Mummy hazelh and online admin. I have added a sixth care home to my Newcastle tour on Thursday: it's going to be a busy day. Jon also popped in to deliver a Christmas card and discuss our plans for Christmas Day.

Exercise today: swim (60 lengths); walking (~13k steps).
