A day of odds and sods waiting in for parcels…I was going to make lemon curd whilst I was waiting but didn’t have all the ingredients and couldn’t go shopping until all the parcels had been delivered. By the time I did go out I hit the high school just coming out so everywhere was bedlam. I got what I needed and drove straight home  then had an early tea. This evening I’ve been to church to see the wee one in his first nativity…he was a donkey. Once home I set about making the lemon curd before I sat down…not sure yet whether it’s turned out okay or not, hoping it thickens somewhat as it cools down or I may be doing it again tomorrow! Sat down with a cuppa now.
