We took the bus to Bath today. Primarily to get trousers/jeans for both Clive and Florence.

On the spur of the moment, we decided to visit the Roman Baths like proper tourists. 

Clive had never visited, Florence went with a school trip once and I went as a child, which was a few years ago.

The mid week price is £19 and, now the Christmas market had gone, we had a fairly quiet experience. Well worth it and definitely good value for money.

We then ate as it was getting on for 4pm. Did a bit of shopping and came home. 

The photo is a fortuitous glimpse into Bath Abbey.  I didn't realise the great big doors were open for a funeral and we're closing just as a raised my mobile. I've cropped out the coffin.
