A bright photo for a dull day

Today is the shortest day of our year and last week was the darkest so a bright blip is called for.
There were two of these trees in Kings X and l noticed this young chap was entranced by them (as was l).  I have posted an extra and he can be seen in that one too with a coat to match the trees.

PS Grinch mode has passed and l am back in festive mode.
