Christmas time is here by golly…

A day of consumption.  We had presents between me, Rory and Vikram in the morning finishing up with a call with Beetle and the babies so that Ivy could show me her presents and generally lark about on the camera.  

Quick walk with Rory through the woods and then I had to finish off doing the Gravadlax which was quite a messy business and delayed us getting off to lunch.  Jono was anxiously looking outside when we got there ! 

We then went over to brother Jono and S-i-l Sue for Christmas lunch.  She cooks a mean turkey and the lunch was delicious.  As was the Christmas pudding, then crackers and games with the names in hats.  Very good fun and everyone distinguished themselves.  Even Vik, see extra

One of those evenings when you are a little at a lost, don’t want to eat or drink any more so we sat by the fire with glasses of the Bailey’s that Rory brought, caught up with Wallace & Gromit (you can see the Netflix money) and the finale of Gavin and Stacey which, though a bit rambling, was very touching.
