Mersey Morris...

...at their very best outside The Pollard Inn at Willaston. Some energetic  new  recruits so a much bigger side, a superb  Mummers' play half way through,  dangerous sword dancing, wavy handkerchief dancing, the best Morris musicians in the area, lots of audience participation, and Christmas cake and mulled wine too. I don't know why the crowd was only 3 or 4 deep. Loads more in extras because it was such good fun.
