Christmas replacement car service

Our youngest daughter joined us for Christmas Day but as her ankle is still not up to operating a clutch, and there were no trains, I drove to Sydenham yesterday morning to fetch her. The roads were pretty quiet albeit they were busier on the drive back to Surrey. She had intended to catch a train home today but Woking Station was closed and no trains were running,  contrary to the information provided on the Trainline website. So the car replacement service (or train replacement car service) was triggered again. This time it was just to Clapham Junction where Adele was able to get a train to Sydenham. We both felt the need for coffee and we spotted that  this cafe was open. I don't think I have been in a Vietnamese  eatery before and, from the number of Vietnamese people lunching there, it was obviously popular. Unfortunately the coffee was not to our taste.
