Getting fuelish

After a very lazy morning it's been quite a productive day.  I ran the motorbike a little bit and the new fuel pump works fine.  It clicks and putters away to itself rather more quietly than the old one that, in all probability, still otherwise works fine.  And that was the only photo I took today.

The rest of the day was spent tidying and moving the remainder of the furniture between bedrooms.  Back in August I laughingly supposed it would take "another week": it has actually taken "another four months", and I am still not sure where I'm going to hang my big hi-fi speakers.  I may yet have to rearrange the furniture again, but for the time being my bass amplifier is, for the first time ever, not in the corner of the room, and I think it sounds better that way.
