Caesar mocking

Early start to get packed, washed, and out for our various southbound trains: MrB, TallGirl and me to the traditional New Year in London, and CarbBoy back to Hereford for New Year with his girlfriend’s family and a very busy start to next term.

Shopping in London for the three of us, and lunch after the first shopping onslaught in Brewdog, where I had this very acceptable salad. I am much mocked for ordering Caesar salads and complaining that they are not as good as I can make them. However, it is so long since I made one, that I don’t do that complaining any more, and this one was pre-advertised as having garlic sauce, so I knew in advance it wasn’t ‘proper’. So all was well.

Shopping mark two was confusing for lack of connectivity, but otherwise productive. Then off to our AirBnB, for some foraging and a curry.

Quick trip to friends (and interim neighbours) for pudding, wine, picture arranging and a catch up. Tiring day and an early(ish) night is much needed!
