Knitted nativity

There were no severe after-effects of last night’s party, but we did not do much before leaving after 2pm heading towards New Malden. We picked up a coffee at Starbucks before we left and walked the Beeline. We looked for some extra presents in the New Malden shops before stopping to take this photograph of a knitted nativity scene that sat on top of one of the post boxes. I thought it was really good.

Another stop for some wine at Tesco and then onto Mel and Rich’s, where we had a lovely afternoon talking about plans for Christmas and beyond: delicious food, good wine, and the event ending with some port. I hope we didn’t outstay our welcome.
