Birthday Boy

Richard, he of Friday coffee and hospital trip fame, celebrated his birthday with a ‘Workshop Party’ in the evening.
Only a couple of beers and a tot of rum either side of the buffet nibbles but lots of chat with friends, old and new. Mrs S joined us from work having changed at home first.
As a gift and as discussed we provided him with a long sized white formal shirt, todays extra photo shows a gift from me to him, a 10mm Combination spanner engraved;
“To My Friend Richard, The highlight of the week is Friday, Mick”

Aside from the birthday bash it was a quiet day, literally the lull before the storm.
Time to ensure that everything that can be is secured in the garden.
