Wishing all my Blip friends and all those who pass by a healthy and magnificent 2025 xxx
New Year's Day starts with parkrun at 7am and we chose to go to what is registered as our home parkrun of Sandgate... We had 453 participants...
We had coffee out then home for brunch of ham, Croissants and bake at home rolls, oh I popped open a bottle of light (6%) bubbles... Standing out in the hot Sun this morning forces me to nap and rest lots and kept up the fluids...
I never set New Year's resolutions but I do tag the year...
