Swim in cold breezy conditions at 8am

Then prom-walk to establish and maintain a good habit for my daily life.

Will take down Christmas decorations today and make a large portion of vegetarian shepherds pie (substitute lentils for meat); polish up my poem for coming Sunday (we will be partnering dance troupe to celebrate Ladies Little Christmas) and sharing picnic in the aptly named People’s Park
