Out early for a 22km run on this beautiful day. When I weighed myself today I found that I have fallen short of my New Year target of 65kg, weighjng in at 67.3kg. Still, that is a loss of 5kg since September. My waist is 94cm, whereas my New Year target was 91. Still, I am a lot happier now that I have shed that awful pot belly I had developed, but I shall still keep on trying to reach those targets.

Yes, I know Tammy would be the obvious musical choice today but, quite honestly, I don't think I have the stamina. Here's something far more in tune with my musical taste.
