River of Flowers

Monday: More Books

I had an opticians appointment in Bangor, we were there by 10:20 and were greeted by the news that the optician was unable to come to Bangor from the Wirral due to effects of the weather, they’d left a message on our landline :-(( I had also needed to pick my new glasses so the journey was not wasted !

Some shopping in Morrisons, where I’d spotted today’s books at £6 each - very handy for passing the time during wet weather in January! Then on to Waitrose for a few other essentials.

This afternoon I watched “The Pale Horse” on iPlayer - https://m.imdb.com/title/tt10485750/fullcredits/cast - 2 episodes of Agatha Christie with lots of twists and turns.

ADDED LATER:
Watched 2 films on Netflix “Joyride“ with Olivia Coleman set in Ireland and a lovely film “Find me Falling” set in Cyprus, MrD and I enjoyed these films so much, a nice change from all the fast paced action movies and war films :-))

Loads of love and hugs to all my family / Cariad Mawr
