Nae Snowflakes in Toon??

Most of the snow around town has thawed, but a day of rain, sleet, hail, snow and repeat.  A cold gale blowing too.

Another day working on the toon essykert with Mickey and John.  Paper recycling waste from residential streets until lunchtime, then black bag waste from communal bins and businesses in the afternoon.  I forgot to mention sister-in-law Ruth walking around town with me working yesterday, loads of questions about the job, she loved it too.  A quiet evening at home, then headed out to pick up new Kitty toys for friend Jenna.  Feet up before bed. 

The first thing you might spot, not much snow left, apart from on Bressay.  A week of snow, but we aren't out of it yet.  The snow that fell throughout the day finally starting to lay in the late afternoon, creating slushy roads.  If it continues to snow overnight, this scene could look completely different tomorrow.  A quick snap waiting for the essykert to catch up with me.  Looking to the Bressay lighthouse, from Fogralea, Upper Sound, Lerwick.
