........vroom,vroom,VROOM!!!!......

So here it is....avec le S & H.........one Honda cbf 125....with slight modifications.....doesn't sound like a little Japanese sewing machine engined bike...sounds much bigger....almost like a Triumph or a Harley....that could be to do with the fact that it has an exhaust from a Suzuki 600 fitted! (as you bike aficionados will have spotted).

Just forked out another £30 for an alarm and immobiliser as the S & H doesn't live in one of the more salubrious parts of Rochdale.....are there any?

Been over here on it this morning to pick up all the paperwork....then back to work in Rochdale....and home again....so far so good.

Back to the doctors this morning for medication review....everything just as it was last Thursday.... bp good, blood tests a.o.k........she thinks she may have been over prescribing....so back in a fortnight...if nothing has changed will cut the meds.....referred me to personal trainer...for a bit more exercise.....fibbed about the fags a bit though.

Starting to plan for this weekends visit by YH's Dad.......and then next weeks four day jaunt to Wiltshire...and the wedding of a colleague.....and then that'll be half the Summer hols done....aaarrrgghh!
