rolled an 11....Community Chest!

I really didn't think i'd roll a dice to Community Chest so early on in the game. What on earth could i take a picture of in the city! Well, i did a bit of google research on Tueday night typing 'Community Chest Nottingham', and there is an actual fund called that! It supports local community initiatives, and is run by Notts Uni.

Last year it supported Nottingham in Bloom, which is where the idea for todays picture came from. This year in Nottingham there are about a dozen of these fantastic displays, ranging from a hat, the umbrella, a diamond ring, a guitar etc, and they're all beautiful.

very rainy today, so needed the brolly as i wandered around town at lunch. a good day in the office, good meetings, left the office at 6pm. met Mrs Betteridge for a lovely meal at The Nuthall, great to see her and catch up.

back home and took Pete a walk....cloudy and dark and i think the nights are definately drawing in!
