Exercise

We made the most of the chance to get out for a walk today. It felt almost like spring, but there is still snow in places, and as you can see from the extra Coppice pond is still partially frozen.

I always enjoy seeing the deer, unless they jump out on me when driving. These 4 were beautiful and I was pleased I’d made the decision to take my camera with me.

The marmalade from yesterday tastes lovely but is a bit thin and the rind is all at the top, but it will be lovely in natural yoghurt or as a glaze on meats. The next batch will be with my usual recipe!
