My lily

I have always wanted lillies in my pond and now that there are no fish (some of you may remember the fish saga!) they are growing with great gusto. The current set of leaves seem to be dying off but there are plenty of new ones to come and the flowers are just gorgeous.

Tonight I have been to a party to celebrate the fact that my friends have adopted the little girl they have been fostering for a couple of years. Even though they have been fostering for many years they still had to jump through many hoops but they got there in the end. A great day for everyone and I am so happy for them.

Thank you for all your kind words yesterday about my accident. My knee is feeling a little easier today.
