A Meandering Life...

Busy, Busy, Busy...

This morning's session of Arts & Crafts at the Men's Shed was the busiest to date. Two ladies from the Friday session came in for the first time to continue their projects which included polishing some solid looking shelves and making wicker handles to some wooden handbag flower displays. Another regular was burning patterns onto a wooden birthday gift.

Another new member to the Tuesday session came with the intention of not doing his usual woodwork projects but to knit a Norse jumper. A number of other regulars continued with small stained glass pieces, the bottom right showing John with his nearly finished 2nd piece of work. He has taken to the craft quickly.

I didn't get time to do much of my own work. I had a new supply of glass to cut up and price plus some supervision to do. Pete my co-supervisor helped me out by planing, ripping and cutting to length some pallet wood I will be installing into my daughter's bathroom tomorrow.

An added bonus was whilst all that was happening my camper-van was having a service and passing it's annual MOT. Happy days. ;o)
