Bee hives

We are having a rest day from walking today. We had a lazy morning then went for a wee potter up a path.
The path was filled with cherry trees so we ate many handfuls of these, even though they weren't quite ripe.
Rather shockingly, we found a bear trap on a cherry tree. We are guessing this has been set by the bee keeper to keep the bears away but that is no excuse.
Dad took a picture and the GPS location to inform the national park.
