Over indulging!

While hubby was at his music lesson today I went to my usual restaurant for a red cappuccino, but added a slice of cheese cake! It was delicious but very rich, so no lunch for me today!  Afterwards we went to say goodbye to my sister who is going to visit friends in Cape Town this week. I will miss her Sunday visits when she stays overnight with us.
It has been extremely windy today. Not good for the Betway T20 cricket match at our cricket ground later today. Hopefully our cricketers are more used to the wind than the team from Pretoria!
