Awesome Tongue!

Just unboxed these Puma Nitro running shoes. They fit well and feel good around the house.

According to the reviews, they  are packed with innovative features, surprisingly lightweight, offer exceptional grip and have an awesome tongue!

My old ON Running shoes which have covered a lot of miles were losing traction last week and, by comparison, now feel like  museum pieces.

In other news, it's been a grey, cold day with not much action – unless you count replacing the doorbell push, sorting out the recycling and putting the bins out.

I guess the shoe test will come with Saturday's Parkrun?
