Another day in the mountains...

We headed up the other side of the valley. Loads of mountain bikers doing mad stuff on the downhill routes. Nutters. In the photo you can see Paul looking out over the helicopter...one came a cropper and had to be air lifted off. Oops. Not my idea of fun or sport!

So, another six and a half hour walking day and some more sun. I've worn so much sun cream my skin is about three inches thicker than it was three days ago! Still, I haven't got burnt...unlike some people I know (Paul!) who is peeling like it's going out of fashion! Doofus!

PS. Neck, ears and scalp are a little pink...eek!!!
