The odd one out...

More baking adventures/misadventures. Today I produced a batch of "Mary Berry's Mincemeat Buns" using a recipe flagged up by top blipper Jeano. If you do a little light googling you'll see that any number of people have hijacked the sainted Mary's recipes and worked them into their own webpages, which seems just a tad dishonest if you ask me.

I was surprised to find that a pack of 72 muffin cases was not divided evenly by colour, hence one of the little cakey things has an orange jacket while all his friends are dressed in turquoise. I'm sure it won't make the blindest bit of difference to the taste but it offended my sense order - I'm contemplating suing Waitrose for the emotional distress!

Having rather overdone things with the icing sugar, I was reminded of this piece of sublime comedy, which still cracks me up every time I think of it, let alone watch it -
