Here Is The House . . . Depeche Mode

Over a period of days I have watched the scaffolding get assembled and hoped the house would be painted.  I watched this man come and prepare the roof.  Okay the roof is going to be replaced.  No, the roof was painted.  Okay I like the grey colour.  It sort of blends in.  This morning man reappears and starts painting in dark terracotta.  It does not blend in at all.  Yes it looks smarter than it did.  Before work started the roof was this colour but faded.  I have never liked the colour scheme on this house and sadly it looks to be staying the same.  There are yellow accents and more faded terracotta on the walls.  Terracotta is a beautiful colour in New Mexico.  I will continue to take my photos looking above this roof.    Sigh.
