Here comes the sun. It was a frosty start and though there was a lot of blue sky it didn’t get as warm as yesterday.

I had an early walk to the shops and spotted the blip on the way. I was expecting the boiler engineer again. I wasn’t given a time, just ‘probably in the afternoon’. I knew after the last repair that another part might be needed and two weeks of use confirmed that.

They (there was an apprentice) arrived about 1.30 and were away before 2. Then it was upstairs to tidy and clean ahead of my weekend visitors. Downstairs tomorrow.
