Summer

And the countdown begins...I leave for California come Friday. Embarking on my journey up the West Coast, beginning on the Central Coast and reunited with my best friend soon.

Excited for adventures in America continued. A whole different sort of travel for me here and a bit of rediscovery...For now trying to soak up as much of this Virginia summer time goodness as I can. Late summer evening and cicada songs, lounging at home, and indulging in tomatoes right off the vine. I mean where will I find Hanover tomatoes on the West Coast!??

Not much to say really. A coming down time. And summer continues to unfurl as slow and mellow as the days stretched out into the distance of the evening.
