Chilly but dry weather all day, around 6°C with sunshine and no wind.

After refilling the bird feeders I planted out the Garlic I’d been growing in small pots in the greenhouse, the garden soil is moist but hadn’t frozen and my fingers are crossed that it will stay mild as we move into February tomorrow …

I carried on watching “Digging for Britain on iPlayer - https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0026rg9- such a fascinating programme.

This evening we’re watching the first game of this year’s six nations rugby, France v. Wales - it’s going to be a hard game for our youngsters …

Earlier we watched “Cellular” - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellular_(film) - which was action packed and very exciting!
