River of Flowers

By doffy

Saturday: First of February …

…. and it felt very cold outdoors today, temperature at 7am was just 1°C and there had been quite a frost last night but it soon thawed when the sun came out :-)

MrD was doing something in the garage with his motorbikes, I made a prawn curry for tonight and spent the afternoon watching the other two Six Nations Rugby matches - Ireland played a cracking second half to beat England!

I think there are going to be snowdrops in my garden until the end of February, today’s Blip of 2 clumps near the steps up to the Cordyline and many more clumps scattered around the top garden.

The Collared Dove is never far away each time I go outside - I’m thinking of calling her/him Priscilla …

We watched some more “Foyles War” this evening.
