We started the day with a trip to Dyserth to view a fitted kitchen in situ, then headed over to GON Granite and Marble worktops in Llanrhaeadr to make some final choices for our kitchen with our fitter, Paul.

While in Llanrhaeadr, we stopped for lunch at The Lodge before heading home.

By 4:00 pm, I realised I still needed 6,000 steps to hit my monthly target for January. So, two laps around the village were called for, to make up the difference. The council gritting lorry was already out, which was a sign we’re in for a cold night.
