Bright Lights, Big City

Friday’s here again and the weather has shifted once more… bitterly cold winds and rain all day, as well as several moments of hail and sleet. I had quite a long day at work, but it was all pretty straightforward and drama-free. As my shift ended in the evening, I set up this shot for my penultimate photo of the year. It’s 365 Day tomorrow, so I thought we needed one more outing for Blip Donkey before the big event. I set him on a windowsill in the main office, overlooking Canterbury's bustling Friday night streets, with a single LED light on donkey and the raindrops behind him.
