Being groomed...
In a good way :-)
I was awake for a while during the night then fell asleep at 6.30am and slept till 11.30am! D had put in a day's work by then getting the Tesco order in, unpacking, hoovering the car and taking it to be jet washed!
After lunch I finished my unpacking, organised clothing returns, and spent time preparing the questions I have regarding my surgery to ask at my Pre-op assessment tomorrow. Also got the February and March birthday cards written as not sure that will be my priority after next Tuesday :-)
Got wonderful news that a friend is to become a gran for the second time. She has a granddaughter but she's in Australia and although she's in constant touch with her son and his family there, I know she misses her little granddaughter very much. I am so happy that she will have another little one close by.
D gave Lola a thorough brush this evening. She isn't keen but is very compliant as she is well rewarded with little treats. She was extra soft and beautiful afterwards and I had planned to get her to pose properly for my blip but she went through to sit with Alan and I didn't want to disturb them, so you get her mid brush :-)
A visit to Dundee...
Peek-a-boo....and just like that it was 14 years!
