I didn't feel a thing, almost, from the workout at work with tulip crates and soil sacks, today. But, the chore I had today, together with two coworkers, has made my back very unhappy!
There're some remodelling done at work. Not in the greenhouse, but the 'admin' building across the yard. That's were our clothes and shoe storages have been and all of that was transported into a room on the other side of our elevator and stairs down to the basement. It's a rather large room and there're shelf systems along part of one wall, where those who'd transported all of the clothes and shoes had placed new shoe boxes. The used work shoes were supposed to be on those shelves, so one coworker and I started sorting and rearranging all those boxes under a set of large tables. The moments of twisting and turning didn't make my back happy, and we were doing this for 3 hours in total.  
Frosty and chilly in the park today. The sun was shining and we had fog on and off.
