Holme Pierrepont - the next move!

rolled a 3 today...so off to Holme Pierrepont, the National Watersports Centre.

first of all, what a lovely start to the day. up at 7am, cuppa and then off to the wood with Pete. Glorious sunshine, and nice and warm, but not too hot! Back home for 9am, and then cracking sunday breakfast before i cleaned the house top to bottom.

at 1pm i was done, showered and then off out on the monopoly hunt! todays picture on the board is at the National Watersports Centre, Holme Pierrepont. Unfortunately the centre didn't feature in the Olympics, which was a shame for Notts. I remember doing a Race for Life here years ago, the first time i ran for any distance! today there were one or two folks and families around until it started raining....light shower at first before it then pelted it down.

back home, chilled afternoon, tea and a nice glass of vino.
