Ubud 1

A very early start. I was awake and up just after 5 and the pre-ordered Grab arrived early, before 6.30 so I was though and in departures before 8. KLIA 2 is so sprawled out of walked 3+K steps by then. 

Breakfast, 20 mins prep time, took 50 mins to come they forgot my order I think, and lunch in the plane was a out 2 hours later. But I had 3 seats to myself. Getting through Denpasar airport was a doddle compared to last year, there being no queues at Immigration as this year I found the 65+ line. They also have banks of autogates now. So after an on time departure and arrival I was in P's car by 1.405 25 mins after arrival. It then took 2 hrs to drive 40 minutes to Ubud.  Traffic has not improved. 

Room is lovely, balcony and day bed and down a lane looking into greenery so v quiet but I'm not sure I like Ubud and there will be a lot of walking.

Went to the Kecak Fire Dance Show at ARMA. Before that is had a (not serious) offer of marriage from a slightly drunk Swede. 

Had a late dinner on way home in a lovely restaurant, Pistachio then fell into bed.
