Sunshine!

First Sit and Be Fit this morning.
A full house as usual which included two new members. Good job some people were on holiday.
We also had one extra visitor along with her “ minders” ( two burly policemen who sat at the back)
Our local MP, Kim Leadbeater, Who is MP for Spen Valley.
She was going round all the charities who had been given a donation of £200 earlier this year.
She sat with us and joined in all the exercises, fun and laughter.
Afterwards when we were chatting to her she said how she had enjoyed the morning, as most of her days aren’t quite as enjoyable!
Not sure what the two Bobbies, sat behind me, thought. Needless to say they didn’t join in!

After lunch MrC and I had a local walk to the pond and back.
He needed to get some fresh air and stretch his legs, instead of bending when playing bowls indoors.

Nice to see sunshine although a bit hazy and not deep blue sky. It was bitterly cold.

So photo taken of the sun’s reflections on the water. I counted 23 mallards. Two moorhens but no geese. Maybe they will return later.
