Cauliflower Cheese.

Too late to take a blip outside so an EB of the cauliflower cheese we had for tea, along with spicy Welsh Dragon sausages which our butcher at the farm shop makes. Real comfort food on a cold damp day.

If you are wondering what is in the background, they are seed potatoes which are chitting. ( the process of sprouting potatoes before planting them)
Will be planted out in March.
Oh and a bottle of wine. Half of which we had with our meal.
