Berrington Hall

Chris is off this week for half-term and we've been replacing the cupboard doors and drawers in the kitchen before it falls apart completely.  Today was forecast to be a dry day so we decided to head out for the day. 
We started off visiting Leominster.  It was a bit meh to be honest so, after lunch in a lovely old building, we set off for Queenswood Arboretum. Continuing the theme for the day, we were slightly underwhelmed with it as it wasn't very big so, after a quick walk, we left and set off for Berrington Hall. I'd visited before and National Trust, once again, didn't disappoint. We had a lovely cake and a cuppa and then a walk down to the lake. The light was perfect and it was beautiful. 
Even though things didn't go to plan, we enjoyed being out in the fresh air and getting some exercise.
